clear directions: I will use verbal clues, directions and demonstrations during the class to guide you through the exercises.
individual attention: During class I will check to make sure that you are carrying out the exercises correctly so that you get the most out of class and feel the difference more quickly.
modifications: A good instructor will offer modifications and will be able to tailor an exercise for you or find a suitable alternative.
Modifications allow me to make an exercise more or less difficult, or adjust it to compensate for any physical limitations you may have.
If you have a particular physical issue, please let me know about it before class. As an osteoporosis sufferer, I know how important it is to exercise safely, within your limitations.
