Pilates is a unique form of exercise using a technique that works on strengthening, lengthening and toning muscles as well as improving posture and increasing your flexibility and balance. During class you will have the opportunity to relax and focus purely on yourself.
Pilates is suitable for beginners gentle enough for rehabilitation work, pregnancy and osteoporosis.
I teach pilates in Rugby and the surrounding areas and I look forward to teaching you soon!
